Availability of specific services may vary by location and season.

2. Quotes and Estimates
• Quotes provided through the Site, phone, or in person are estimates based on the information available at the time and are subject to change upon on-site inspection.
• Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual condition, size, accessibility, or material of the property differs from what was described or visible in photos/videos.
• Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.

3. Scheduling and Appointments
• Appointments are scheduled based on availability and, in some cases, weather conditions.
• We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of delays due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Please provide accurate access instructions (gate codes, pet information, etc.) prior to your appointment. Delays caused by inaccurate or missing access information may result in rescheduling fees.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
• We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or refusal of future service.

5. Payment Terms
• Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing.
• We accept the payment methods listed at the time of booking or invoicing.
• Late payments may be subject to additional fees and/or referral to collections.
• Any deposits required for larger jobs (e.g., paver sealing) are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or scheduled, unless we are unable to perform the service.

6. Satisfaction and Service Guarantee
We aim to provide high-quality service on every job. If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion so we can address the issue. This does not cover:

• Pre-existing damage, staining, or wear not caused by our service
• Organic growth (mold, algae, moss) that returns naturally over time
• Damage from pre-existing structural issues, deteriorated materials, or improper prior installation

7. Property Access and Conditions
• You are responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the property, including securing pets and moving valuable or fragile items away from work areas.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions such as loose shingles, damaged gutters, cracked pavers, deteriorated caulking/sealant, or fragile fixtures that may be affected by standard cleaning procedures.
• Customers should disclose any known fragile, damaged, or unusual conditions on the property prior to service.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• Our liability for any claim related to services performed is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• We carry general liability insurance; any claims for property damage directly caused by our negligence will be handled in accordance with our insurance policy terms.
